The whole team were extremely friendly and worked to a very high standard. I had a large chimney breast removed and a brick wall removed both of which took half a Saturday (each) as will and the guys worked very fast. They always showed up on time and made sure to clean up after themselves, taking away all waste and even taking a few other bits of rubbish I had from my house renovation. They sorted out the building control side of things for me and advised me of any changes to the plan as problems arose so that I was fully informed. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable and never changed even with some small changes to to work required. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs.

Danny has been influential in the redevelopment and restoration of my property over the last two years. HIs worked started with a loft conversion, and instillation of two large Velux balcony windows. the whole project was well managed and, with management of materials and a strict budget. Dany and his team, were punctual, tidy and communicative regarding the design and structural decisions that rrose as part of the build. later jobs that I have engaged Danny with include repointing some of the exterior of the building, stripping and dry-lining the living room alongside stripping, cleaning and repointing the bricks on the internal chimney breast to make a feature. Danny is honest and has a long list of contacts for every aspect of my build, including electricians, plumbers, waste removal, materials suppliers and building control. All in all a nice team and open to a challenge.

From looking at Ryan’s impressive portfolio I was happy to choose him to carry out the work by fitting my new bathroom. Upon arrival Ryan was punctual each day, very friendly and had demonstrated exceptional workmanship as promised, even going out his way to return certain items that were ordered wrong and then obtaining the right ones which was very helpful. Considering I was a novice, Ryan and his workmate had constantly kept me up to date with the progression and did a great job of explaining each step from start to finish even offering some great suggestions and alternatives along the way. Observing the progression of the new bathroom as it started to take shape and finally witnessing the final result, I realised the sheer level of passion and devotion that goes into Ryan’s work therefore I highly recommend Ryan Pykett to carry out your job as it will pay off in dividends. Craig has completed two jobs for me. Both were complete refurbishments/renovations of properties. This included both single storey and two storey extensions, new roofs, new bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms, drains, re-wiring, plumbing, groundworks and landscaping. Re-decoration and floor coverings. All the work was done to a superb standard, on time and in budget. I would have no problem recommending Craig on any of the above.

Small chimney breast removed and plaster boarded and skimmed. Really happy with the standard of work completed, it has made a huge difference to the room although in reality not much extra space gained. The only small negative thing would be that communication could be improved slightly re when someone is going to be coming to do some work, although I do fully appreciate that managing several projects at the same time is probably a bit of a headache. I liked the fact that a 'complete' job was carried out rather than having to find different trades myself...everyone I met was friendly and polite. The quote was fair, and remained fixed with no unexpected or additional costs over budget. I would happily use the company again for future works.

William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.
