Simon has now completed the job. I made an initial payment of £100 to Simon before the work started and got an estimate of the time it would take. In the end, it took Simon several hours longer than he anticipated but he stuck to the agreed price. Simon also pointed out other potential issues but was advised me what to look out for instead of undertaking additional work. As he said 'if it ain't broke ....' A very refreshing attitude. Would happily recommend.
