Simon was able to mend my leaking roof very quickly, in spite of the very cold weather. He finished the job on the second day when it was snowing! He also rang to make sure that the roof was no longer leaking. In spite of lots more rain, the (gully) roof remains watertight. Simon's estimate was substantially lower that other firms and he completed the job very quickly. I am very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Simon was fantastic. The price paid was the agreed quote price, and when Simon came to give me the quote he put down a temporary messure to stop the rain coming in, and didn't charge for it. Simon and the lads were very considerate keeping everything clean when they came in and out of the house. I would recomend him to anyone.

simon came gave a quote,very resonable,returned to do work day after,good job plus did a couple of jobs f.o.c. while he was up on the roof,took photos before and after very satified,if you need roof or chimney work look no further than simon.

Simon arrived on time, he assessed the problem and offered a solution. He provided a quote promptly and then returned to carry out the work at a convenient time. He seems very efficient and the problem (roof sweating) has now resolved after he installed rooof vents to create a crossflow. Thank you. I would hire him again.

My tenants report that at last we have a roof that doesn't leak! I have left giving feedback until we had really tested out the repair work but early indications were good in any case and reports were that Simon worked extremely hard and that the tenants had every confidence in him. I have to tell anyone reading this that we had previous "repair" work at some cost from a Medway Council approved builder and basically it was terrible, the roof continued to leak and on checking the repair, it was obvious that the roofing comapny is a cowboy operation. Photographs that Simon took from roof level showed up even more faults with the work that could not be seen from a lower level!

Simon got to my house on time and replaced the missing roof tile. The amount he charged was very reasonable.A photograph was taken of the roof before and after the repair for me to see what work was done. Thanks Simon.
