Simon arrived early for the appointment, was prepapred with ladders and a phone camera. He was able to show me photographs of the problem - very useful. All roofers should provide this service. Simon was able to start work the next morning. It is too early to judge fully - just need some heavy rain.

We chose Simon for our roofing job based on the reviews he had already received on Mybuilder. Simon was very quick to come round and provide a full quote. We found this to be honest and fairly priced. Simon has been very reliable and was always contactable by mobile phone. Communication has been great, discussing his progress and any problems he uncovered. Extra works were priced fairly and incorporated flexibly into the work schedule. Simon completed the following work on our main roof - slate tile replacement, felting repair, moss removal, lead replacement / painting, wood replacement with PVC, and surface rendering / fillets. Simon additionally replaced an entire pitched small bay window roof. We are very pleased with the job and the completed workmanship is excellent. Simon has restored what looked previously to be a quite dilapidated roof into one which is now watertight and visually much improved. We would not hesitate to hire Simon again should the need arise.

Simon from Tyler Roofing did a good jo replacing the flat roof with good joints and lead work to finish the job. They took all rubbish away and left the house clean and tidy. I would recommend/use again.

Flat roof refelted, part of kitchen ceiling replaced. Simon did a thorough inspection before quote he knows what he is talking about. He works hard and completes the job quickly. I decided to have the valley replaced which he did. The whole job was well done at a very reasonable cost. I left him the keys to the house a very friendly trustworthy guy.

Leaking Roof - £140 - When giving a quote showed photos of the damage and gave a fair price. Carried out the work quickly and was helpful and friendly. I would reccomend him.

Despite his wife just having a baby, Simon was up on the roof to check the problem (leak into hallway from roof), and came down with pictures explaining what needed doing. We agreed a very reasonable price, and he was back the next day and had it done and finished a few hours before torrential rain...guess what....no leaks! Highly recommended.

Simon contacted me through my builder and gave me a very reasonable quote for repointing my chimney. We arranged a time and he turned up, got the job done quickly and stuck to the price quoted.
