Simon initially came round on a weekend and fixed the problem quickly. However it did not rain for a couple of weeks and I then discovered that the problem was not resolved. I sent a message to Simon and he came round and fixed the problem and tested it that day for no additional charge. I was very impressed with the service and that my complaint was immediately addressed.

The original quote was for £300 however when Simon came to start the job it was realised scaffolding was required which increased the price somewhat. Simon is polite and courteous, and quite happily offers to do additional work for nothing - he checked our chimney to ensure it wasn't blocked by feeding a rope down. The job itself did take quite a while to complete as we were squeezed in amongst other jobs and only parts were done at a time, and reaching Simon was sometimes difficult (he's clearly popular due to his great approach and competitive pricing). He was efficient, thorough and a nice chap to deal with.

Been meaning to provide some positive feedback to Simon for a while now over the excellent work he did. He gave a great price for works at hand, and the walls that were once damp and dripping have all dried up despite the amount of rainfall we had recently. Very quick and certainly very efficient - I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him back for further roofing remedial works and will definitely recommend him to friends should they require roofing expertise.

Simon also informed me of a potential crack appearing and where to look out for it in the future.
