Terry did a great job in fixing our boiler. He is highly competent, tidy, prompt and did not overcharge. It has taken me 9 years to find an efficient and reliable heating / plumbing expert for my property in London. I will be keeping Terry's number and will definitely call him if I have any problems in the future. Great job.

JOB: POWERFLUSH & SUPPLY/FIT NEW BOILER. Terry is Punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely conscientious ( large Pork pie, packet of crisps for 20 mins lunch `hour`...even the polish guys would struggle with that!). Such a refreshing change to meet a really competent professional whose main objective is to ensure the customer gets the best solution for 'them'. Terry did not have built in mark up on his quote, he charges for his time only, which I find reassuring. Especially compared to others where it was obvious the fitter/company had a vested interest in pushing a particular brand ( & boy...don't they push them!). The powerflush he carried out utilized 2 methods. Powerflush linked to a magnacleanse, which is very thorough. Other quotes were for powerflush or magnacleanse only. (Google it and you'll see the difference). Also, such a pleasure to see such sweet, neat copper work, finished off with cleaned and burnished joints...Not often seen nowadays! All in all, a top job from a very personable guy who obviously still has enthusiasm for his job and takes great pride in his work. I will state...I'm not the easiest guy in the world to work for, that`s a fact! (Sorry Tel!) and am well used to working with tradesmen in my job. So, believe me...to give such glowing feedback is high praise indeed. I cannot recommend Terry highly enough and will definitely be recommending him to my friends. Thank You Terry!

Terry did a fantastic job flushing my central heating system. He arrived on time and worked solidly the entire day. Although he encountered some unexpected problems during the process (my system was in worse shape than I initially thought), which other tradesmen would have sought to charge me more for, he didn’t and actually invested more of his time to come up with solutions for me. Terry is one of the most knowledgeable and professional tradesman I have met and since the job, he has been receptive to receiving emails and texts from me seeking advice on my heating system, and has shown a genuine willingness to assist me further if any issues arise in the future. I have no hesitation recommending Terry

After moving in to our new place in Kingston we quickly realised we needed a complete overhaul of the hot water and heating system. Specifically we wanted to improve the hot water capacity and reduce the space the system took up. I had originally scheduled three quotes but actually cancelled the other two after meeting Terry. His customer focus was there from the start when he gave up a chunk of his Sunday afternoon to come and quote for the job. He quickly understood what we needed and gave us some great advice on how we could relocate the boiler in to the attic and move to a high capacity combi. He also gave a very objective view on our equipment options directing us away from overpriced kit to equally capable but significantly cheaper options. His quote was with us within 24 hours of the visit including multiple options for us to enhance the system. The work itself was done while we were away on holiday and we came back to a fully functioning system. We asked Terry to come back to do some further work replacing the shower controls and he quickly sourced and fitted the new equipment again to a high standard. There was a niggle with the calibration of the controls but again Terry quickly rectified that. While we didn't get comparative quotes I'm pretty sure the overall cost was less than we would have paid elsewhere. Terry consistently found ways of keeping costs under control without compromising quality. We can't recommend Terry highly enough. Great job.

Very friendly and professional. Serviced our boiler and checked gas safety efficiently. Gave good advice on other aspects of the plumbing in our flat. Would definitely recommend to others.
