I called Terry and he explained to me over the phone how to fix the problem. It was during the freezing week when the boiler stop working. Terry helped me solve the problem over the phone. He was very helpful. Thank you so much Terry.

Very responsive. Called and got us hot water over the phone and was it the next day to make the fix. Would definitely use him again!

Terry was quick to respond to my job ad, reasonably priced compared to the competition and honest about the work that needed to be done on my boiler. I have already asked him to come back and do another small plumbing job for me.

Was very punctual and carried out service as asked. Had a small leak which he said he would come back to us about and also a query about the boiler readings that he was also meant to get back to us about. We never heard anything back. Shame.

We would like to thank Terry for his hard work on our home. We had an entire new system and boiler with evohome wireless control system fitted. Terry was able to future proof our system for the underfloor heating project we have planned and all at a very reasonable rate. Terry managed to perform the boiler service quickly and cleanly, the subsequent call out to fix the boiler when it stopped working was also dealt with quickly and without the need for lots of expensive parts as might have been the case with other firms. I would recommend Lambert Plumbing and Heating to others.
