When dealing with things like gas and heating, for me honesty and reliability are most important, convenience comes next. Terry clearly exhibits all of that, he responded very quickly to messages and made himself available at much more convenient times than the big companies offering boiler services and repairs. He also clearly knows his stuff and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I would definitely recommend him.

v happy. the job proved quite tricky as the stop cock was v hard to find (under floorboards in middle of kitchen amid a crazy tangle of pipes that hadn't been touched for donkey's years). but Terry worked v hard (like a whirlwind!!) until it was all sorted and charged us a v reasonable rate. would definitely recommend and we will be using him again in the near future
