Terry was the engineer contracted by British gas to remove a condensing boiler, old cylinder tank, water tank and electric shower. Terry's standard of work was exceptional as were his customer service skills. He was punctual, polite and advised what activities were being undertaken and why and gave good advise on how to use the systems once they were installed to ensure they gave the best results for us. Terry was very clean and tidy and covered everything with dust sheets , so that the house was spotless at the end of each day he was there. I would not hesitate in recommending Terry and in fact have already done so and will be using him for any future work we may need.
