Terry was fantastic - he kept in touch and asked questions about the job in advance to make sure he brought everything he needed with him. He came to us really early in the morning so I could get off to work in time, and was friendly, professional, obviously capable and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely contact Terry again for jobs in the future.

Terry is a great find..The the first plumber who visited ( not from this site) concluded after 5 minute investigation that our 2 year old boiler needed to be replaced, Terry disagreed and with a few replacement parts got us up and running in no time he saved us a fortune.. He is a great man to deal with and easily the best plumber I've ever come across and I couldn't recommend highly enough.. He also likes mint tea.

EXCELLENT! Terry did a great job adjusting our gas pipes so our new oven can sit properly in its space. He performed safety checks to ensure our gas system was in order before he started any work which was really good to know. He's very competent, friendly and honest. He also does heating and plumbing too which is great as we now have our go-to tradesman for any potential issues in the future. I will be recommending him to friends all around!

For the second year in a row I hired Terry to carry out the annual service for my combi boiler. As before, he was very thorough, polite and offered plenty of sound advice. I have no doubt I'll ask him to come round next year. Highly recommended!

I can't thank Terry enough for fixing up my extremely tricky combi boiler. His fault finding and patience was outstanding and he kept returning to the property without any complaint until he had managed to fix the issue. Due to its age the boiler kept proving troublesome but Terry was always on hand providing his skill and perseverance to the job. His rate was competitive to say the least and considering the hours he put in and the parts he had to keep sourcing I was very pleasantly surprised at his charges. I can't recommend him more highly- as the property owner, renting to friends, he liased faultlessly between us all and always made himself available to take my call. I real find.

Terry is a SUPERSTAR! Came out on a short notice (on a Sunday!!!) and fixed our boiler issue! Very professional and arrived on time. After identifying the issue, he explained what could have caused it and has suggested to observe the boiler for a week before we complete the payment, which my husband and I thought was just top customer service! We definitely found our local engineer and will be keeping his number for future reference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Terry was great - he was kind enough to come in the evening to fit a new tap and service the boiler for my 87year old father who needed both of these things doing urgently. He charged exactly what he quoted, was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I be using him again and am very happy to recommend him.
