Quick, competitive price and extremely knowledgable. Terry was very helpful and talked us through all our options before going ahead with the installation - wouldn't hesitate in hiring him again. Was very neat and tidy and did a great job. Installed the boiler whilst we were out at work and left no mess at all. What more could you ask for?

I can't recommend Terry highly enough. He was very thorough when quoting and talked me through all my options. He was punctual, tidy and extremely knowledgeable. In comparison to other tradesmen he wasn't the cheapest ( i have learned my lesson the hard way there!) but was certainly the most knowledgeable. The price was excellent for the job and I had confidence that he would do the job properly. I would happily recommend him to friends or family.

We thought having a new boiler installed would be troublesome but this experience has been completely hassle free. Terry is professional, reassuring and considerate. He kept us informed of progress, left the house neat and tidy and has done a great job at a very reasonable price.

Very happy with the work, and would definitely employ him again. Terry's price was competative, and he had plenty of advice to give on products and processes. He was always on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. He worked very hard and even managed to fit in a couple of extra things I asked for (nb not extras he surprised us with, we asked for thermostatic valves to be added to all rads). He even told us he is going to come back for free to fix something which was never part of the original job. Free because "he doesn't believe in extras". Can't say better than that! Thanks terry.

Terry was excellent didn't fit a new boiler in the end as terry said would be relatively cheap fix (only engineer to actually check over old boiler). Will definitely be using him when it is time to replace.

Highly recommended!! Very punctual, thorough and tidy. Boiler installation was completed to a high standard and at fair price. Terry completed the installation over the weekend and was happy to come back on Sunday to complete the job. Excellent communication, with a detailed outline of the job that would be done and quote emailed through. Following completion of the job, Terry sent through all the necessary paperwork (gas certificate, warranty and workmanship guarantee). Price quoted is what we paid - no hidden costs. Would use Terry again and can not recommend enough.

Terry did an absolutely fantastic job of taking out our old boiler and central heating system, and, then installing a brand new boiler and central heating system. Throughout the job; Terry discussed the various different options available to us, and, used his extensive knowledge and experience to help us arrive at the best possible solutions. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of his work, and, the professional way in which he went about doing it, that we have subsequently invited him back to take on more work, which has also been carried out to a very high quality standard. If you are looking for a highly experienced, diligent, trustworthy trades-person then choose Terry!
