Terry got in touch very quickly, was really friendly and suggested a few things we could try to get our boiler working ourselves. When that didn't work, he came over and sorted the problem (a burnt-out pump) within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Terry came to do an Annual Service on my Vaillant boiler. Part of the boiler has difficult access due to the build of kitchen unit around it but he was willing to work with it with a smile...and dismantle a small section of cupboard for full view of the boiler and then re-instate. He has an efficient approach to his work and carries detailed knowledge of plumbing and heating.
