Took two visits, but managed to resolve the issue which was a blockage in the waste pipe connected to the washing machine and kitchen sink. The engineer came late for the first visit but did phone before hand to notify me he was running late. Engineer was friendly and got on with the job explaining what the issue was. I would say the price was a little more expensive and would have helped had I known that parking charges would be added on. However, having read the other reviews I would agree with them and would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Hopefully , there's some discount to the price for repeating clients.

In common with the experience of others, Hector and his team did a good job on my bathroom refurbishment. The job was completed within the time estimate and my flat was left tidy at the end of each day. The work was of good quality and the inevitable 'snagging' issues at the end of the job were dealt with quickly and without complaint. Hector himself is polite and responsive. He demonstrated a tendency to forget the time of appointments, but hopefully my suggestion that he write things down will resolve that issue! Overall, to be recommended.

Totally agree with most of the other feedback here. Hector was polite, professional and his team did a fine job renovating my bathroom. The nature of the work changed slightly during the project but he was flexible (and didn't increase the cost much). His wasn't the cheapest quote, nor was it the most expensive. Would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Hector arrived on time was a professional and nice guy. Identified the leak right away and went about fixing it with minimal damage to the tiles. Cleaned up after himself and left no mess, would def recommend.

I hired Hector for a complete bathroom refurbishment: fit new suite, relocate bath, floor and wall tiling, narrow window, fit thermostatic valve, install towel heater, and some painting. Hector's team did a good job. Some of the tiling is very well done. Overall I was pleased enough to hire Hector again for a tiling job straight afterwards. Hector's team was on time every day, they were patient when the tiles did not arrive or when I changed my mind. Some of the details are not perfect, but Hector provided good value for money.

The leak turned out to be loose connections, so really easy job. He was honest enough to only charge a call-out fee and showed me what to check in the future. The loose connections had occurred due to the washing machine vibrations over a long period of time. I would have given positive feedback, except he was very late: it may be a one-off, given the number of positive feedback he has before - certainly would never think of giving negative feedback!

Hector came when he said he would, identified the source of the problem and fixed it with no fuss. Can't ask for much more than that really. Recommended.

Job brief: entire bathroom refitted and re-tiled, fitted ceiling lights throughout the flat, and upgraded the boiler and radiators. Result: Hector and his guys did a very good job, my girlfriend and I are both very pleased with the result. Throughout the project, Hector was very communicative and was easily contactable whenever we had queries/concerns, and his responses were always reasonable and professional. Another big positive is the flat was always tidied up at the end of every work day, which is a big help because we were already living there when the work began. He is a tradesman I would definitely recommend.

Hector is a great guy, and the job was completed without a hitch. Even though I thought we had all the parts necessary, we didn't. Thankfully, he is a man prepared for all eventualities and conveniently had the part we needed in his van. Hector was very communicative, punctual and polite. Genesis London comes highly recommended.
