Hector and his colleague came on time and did the work - checking radiators - efficiently and cheerfully. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Heidi

Hector (who gave the quote and arranged the job) was great - he got back to my messages instantly and was very clear about what needed to be done and how he would do it. Pablo (who did the job) was five minutes early, very polite and friendly, and got the job done efficiently and neatly. Thanks!

Hector and his team were fantastic. They got everything done exactly the way I wanted, and all within a week. They also willingly worked over the weekend to get the main rooms painted & floorboards installed, when it ended up that my movers were only able to come on a Monday. My neighbours had similar work done to their bathroom during the same time, and their builders took 3 weeks to do the job! I asked Hector to choose all the big items - sinks, laminate floorings etc. - for me, and he did a great job in choosing stylish and reasonably-priced pieces. In addition, my friends who have had renovation work done before came over in the middle of the job to look at the flat and they commented on how neat and tidy the team were compared to their own builders. Thanks for everything, guys!

From the moment I spoke to Hector it was clear he was a man who new what he was talking about. He was confident and assertive which is what is needed in an emergency. Explained everything really well and his decisions were clear and logical,even though I had water coming through the ceiling. Cut a hole into the side partition wall between the boiler cupboard and the toilet stud wall to access a leaking valve behind the toilet - fixed the vale without any problems or worries, fixed my shower that no one else would touch - what more can I say. All along explaining everything clearly & precisely. Spent the good part of the day here (two of them), and even fixed our toilet accessories - nothing was too much to ask. Leaving one very satisfied customer who wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone at all. Would definately use them again in future!

Work carried out was very good, but did not provide any receipt, and then attempted to charge VAT on top of original quote but could not provide VAT invoice.

Very helpful and patient advise. Work was carried out for agreed price but, some difficulties did arise. these were all worked through, and though it was a long day for the guys, the price did not change and the work was excellent quality. Would definitely use again.

Hector and his team were professional and kept to the time schedule and labour budget. We are happy with the installation of the bathroom and Hector was always able to find ways around problems instead of saying it couldn't be done. However, the finish - sealant, painting and areas of grouting - were poor and we will have to redo these. It is the lack of attention-to-detail for the final touches which means we cannot give Hector and his team positive feedback. We would recommend using Hector, but would suggest you go through everything you want, step-by-step. We were naive to think certain things would automatically be done and Hector did say if we had asked for certain things at the beginning, they could have been done. Also, discuss the materials quote in detail. Our final cost for materials were over twice the original quote - when looking at the receipts, we were being charged for things that were not used in our bathroom or for tools. In fairness to Hector, he only asked us to pay for what we were happy with.

Really pleased with the work done

Hector came on time. An amazing workman, as i watched him install the NEW SHOWER, it seemed as if is playing on a piano, he picked up each tool with so much speed and professionalism. He completed the JOB PERFECT it looked so nice one would not believe how much work has been done there just a few minutes before. Price, we agreed a good price and he did not charge anything extra, therefore i highly recommend Hector for everyone
