Hector was able to able to fix my leak right then and there. The whole job was completed within an hour and a half on top of being neatly resolved. Will definitely be requesting Hector's services again in the future.

Happy with the work done. Costed a little more than the quote, but that is because additional odd bits were added to the requirement list. definitely good value for money!

This was my very first experience with myBuilder.com and I have to say I was very pleased with the overall experience and results. Hector & his team installed a brand new shower enclosure which looks great & works properly. They also got the job done efficiently on a very short notice. I would recommend him & his team to others.

Hector (and Carlos) did a great job. They were quick to highlight the cause of my problem (a waste pipe with a poor gradient) and rather than simply clear the blockage they adjusted the waste pipe as well, hopefully ensuring the same problem won't reoccur. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend and use them again.

I had a bathroom rebuilt, floor needed rebuilding, re-plumbed, expensive heavy tiles and lot of mosiac tiles, quite a complicated shower needing a pump, etc. I am very difficult customer to please because I like things to be perfect and I like to understand the issues and make informed decisions. The previous builder was a nightmare who left a mess and lots of incompetent substandard work so I was looking for someone to come and rectify all the problems he left. I chose Hector out of 4 other builders because he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and knew what needed to be done. Also a very reasonable quote. Hector's and his team always explained things and discussed any issues with me. Always arrived on time and worked straight through the day. When we ran into difficult bits, nothing was too much trouble to do or explain. The bathroom is beautiful and top standard. Their advice and suggestions were always spot on. The mosiac tiling is perfect, Carlos built in a curve by burning/bending wood to make it look absolutely amazing - above and beyond the call of duty. They took a bit longer to get it looking perfect but didn't charge more. Well done Hector and his team (Carlos ,Paulo, Julian et al). Hector was very polite and straight with his opinions. He saved me money by advising that my pipes didn't need replacing and fitted a limescale limiter instead to prevent the pipes becoming clogged. He also completed all the work in a day, and was good with his communication (I wasn't able to be at the flat while he was working). I would recommend Hector highly.

These guys are great! Hector and his team are all really friendly, helpful and courteous. They all work to a very high standard, and do what they say, when they say. We're very pleased with the various things they've done for us, and we'd definitely get them back for anything else we need doing.

Hector and his team worked extremely efficiently to get the job done to a very high standard in a short space of time, and actually under budget! They were the tidiest workers I've seen, leaving the place immaculate once the door itself was installed. I will certainly be keeping Hector's details to hand and will get in touch the next time I have any work that needs doing. Thoroughly impressive. Tim
