Work completed to high standard and on time.

Hector was fantastic from the start. He did everything he said, he said the work would take 7 weeks and it did. It was a very personal touch and all his builders were really nice too. They tidied up every night before they left and were respectful of the property and took real care. I felt comfortable leaving the builders and knew they would get on with the work at hand. It was the first time I have employed builders and know Hector was a good choice. I have already recommended my sister to Hector who had her bathroom renovated, she was also very happy with her outcome. Overall very happy with the work and would use again.

Hector helped us with a number of jobs in our newly bought flat- including knocking down a few walls, moving a toilet, tiling a bathroom and a few other bits. Hector and his team were able to start the project within days of him giving us a quote which was fantastic considering we were living in the property at the same time. All in all we were very happy with the work carried out, and would happily use Genesis London again in the future. All work was completed to schedule and any concerns we had were quickly rectified by Hector. Thank you!

We asked Genesis to renovate the bathroom and to do many other jobs in our property recently purchased. They did everything in the best way it was possible with a high level of accuracy to details. Hector is very knowledgeable and was patient enough to satisfy our requests. I'm happy that I've met him and we will defenitely contact him again. We strongly recommend him and his team. Hector and his team removed part of our kitchen for us. Hector was responsive and polite; the job was completely quickly and efficiently (it was relatively painless - unlike 98% of other tradesmen we've used in the past - though I did have to chase where the tradesmen were on the 2nd day when they didn't show up. But they arrived within an hour or so); and the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hector and his team.

We cannot recommend Hector and his team highly enough, We have recently bought a flat and needed a new bathroom as soon as possible and Hector delivered. From the initial contact Hector was prompt, polite and very professional. Our bathroom looks amazing and we will certainly be using again. A big thank you Hector for helping my Dad when he accidently caused a leak at our flat and you didn't even charge us to sort it out.

I would recommend Hector and his team. They were trustworthy (I left my house keys with them) and diligent. When there were problems (eg the woodstain for the floorboards turned out the wrong colour) Hector was quick to sort them out and did not make a fuss. Hector and his team renovated my whole flat (two bed) and I am very please with the result.

Hector and his team were great and happy to accommodate my budget (limited) without any fuss. This was my first go at this sort of thing, never had anything done to my flat before so I was naturally quite nervous. I really just wanted a shower put in to my existing bath however other companies who came to give a quote were keen to tell me I needed a new bath and re-tiling. To be honest I felt judged for asking to have just the bare minimum done, I thought the tiling was fine? But Hector was amazing he listened and gave suggestions of the best way to do what I wanted. When I asked if I needed a new bath panel he said, “not necessarily but if you do you can buy one or I can make you one”. He suggested where I could buy the bathroom items and even made the trip to come with us and show us the types of bathroom stuff we could consider. As is mentioned already in the other reviews, his team are tidy and keep you apprised of the timings of their coming and goings. His quote came almost immediately after I saw Hector whilst other companies still haven’t sent through their quote. Hector was always available on the phone to answer my questions of an evening and even on a Sunday. I’m really happy with the teams work on my bathroom and will probably get Hector back in for my kitchen refit having seen how good the quality of their work is.
