They did an excellent job, reconfiguring my under stairs cupboard into a home office, removed a chimney breast, moved radiators and an excellent job tiling our kitchen. Would highly recommend them.

This job was fraught with issues. I hired Genesis to complete the installation of 3 internal doors and tile 1 sqm of bathroom floor. I chose them on the basis of 99 positive feedback and 1 negative feedback - in retrospect I should have heeded the advice of the 1 negative feedback. With regard to the implementation of 4 things all were done extremely poorly where the tradespeople has to be monitored to make sure they were not cutting corners. For the tiling I had to make them redo the ply floor prior to tiling as they were over 100mm away from edges - when they redid it, the job looked great. Such a shame that they had the skill but did not make the effort the first time. With the 3 doors to be installed they ordered a door that was 44mm as opposed to 35mm to save money despite it clearly being agreed as 35mm - as a result they chiseled away my door frames for half a day to make them fit and then they were just too big. We could not go back to 35mm as it was too late following the mess they had made with the door frames. The reason I provide neutral feedback is that the company did return to try to solve the issues and compensate me for the poor quality of work and were very professional in dealing with this (very positive on this front). In summation - poor workmanship but professional follow-up. Should you decide to go with them, and they were competively priced, make sure you agree the parameters specifically and you will need to supervise the work. Good Luck

Hector's team carried out a great job. We are very pleased with the end finish and they even cleaned the flat at the end of the works. Will definitely hire them again.

Hector and his team were never late, very efficient and completed the job within budget and on time. In fact they finished half a day early. They also took care to create the minimal disturbance and mess at the property. Very pleased with the service.

Hector and his guys did a fantastic job of our bathroom and a competitive price. There were courteous throughout and cleaned up every evening, they were accommodating of last minute changes to the the plan and the quality of their work was excellent with all details and finishing to a high standard. I will be definitely be using them again.
