Hector and his team carried out a professional job, very polite, diligent and trustworthy. I am very pleased with the outcome and was impressed with how Hector co-ordinated his team to carry out each aspect of the job. Hector provided good advice and accommodated ad hoc requests. The kitchen now looks wonderful. Genisis were also engaged to carry out some repointing work at the same time, a job others had turned down due to awkward accessibility. Hector's team carried out the job admirably. I would certainly recommmend Genisis. Thank you Hector.

The job was to knock down a partition wall between a toilet and bathroom, block up the gap, tidy up a load of old plumbing and pipes, tile walls and floors throughout. The guys did a brilliant job. It did take longer than I expected but overall, I am very pleased and the finished bathroom looks amazing. The attention to detail has meant that the result is better than I expected. I would highly recommend these builders, and hope to use them again in the future.

Hector and his team renovated our offices, moving a wall, electric points, putting in a new door and building a mezzanine. Although he came in a bit more expensive than other quotes he more than made up for that by being highly organised, punctual, skilled and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. His team speak Spanish so communication was sometimes hard if Hector was not around, but then he is very responsive on his phone, and the builds were keen to teach us Spanish! Would recommend highly and will use again. Thanks Hector.

Great job - came and did a quote within 48 hours, then completed the job within 7 days as agreed. Price increased from 1780 to 2140 GBP, but this was as a result of work that I was pleased to have done. I would advise in future to make sure to agree these extras before the work begins. Thanks Hector, will use you and Genesis again.

Good experience with Franklin and his team. They were very careful about they way work was carry out. Hernando & Alonso were fantastic and looked after every single detail. I'd hire them back in the future. Trustful and dedicated people to deal with.

Full refurbishment of a bathroom including ripping up floors and tearing down walls installing new bathroom suite, lighting etc. Hector's team was extremely punctual and hit the agreed completion date right on schedule. All was done to a very high standard (and I'm quite fussy) and no additional costs or anything else was charged even though there were a few changes along the way from my side in terms of what had to be set up. The price was fair and there were no unpleasant surprises. Very reliable, very courteous and responsive and would have no hesitation to recommend Hector and his team to others. I will hire him again for refurbishing my kitchen next year.

Very good overall. Not the cheapest but good quality. It was a very large job including complete refurb of bathroom, kitchen, flooring, electrics. The work on the bathroom/kitchen was higher quality than the flooring and electrics. This I think relates to who precisely is doing the work as there is some variance in the quality of work from the different workers. Nando is simply brilliant!

Came round quickly to give me reasonable quote. When came round to doing the work turned up when said would, did simpler job than previously planned and on request adjusted the cost (down) as was a smaller job than first thought. Pleased with work so far, though waiting for rain and wind in right direction to test it out properly.
