Lovely team, helpful and friendly. They resolved things that were not straightforward with a positive approach and successful outcome. Great job. Alex who did most of the work was tidy and so helpful. A couple of additional little jobs came up and they fit them in without hassle. I would definitely use Hector & his team again!

I could not be more happy with my restoration and choice of builder. Hector has been fantastic, coordinating and managing the job whilst I have been at work. He and his team have completed each room to an excellent standard and have also been very flexible with additions I have wanted to make along the way. They frequently went above and beyond requirements to ensure that the end job was of high quality. Very trustworthy, professional, high quality, provided good advice about layout and my design ideas, and a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended him to both my sisters, who have now both gone ahead with jobs.

Hector and his team did a very good job. They knocked through a wardrobe, added a partition wall, built two fitted wardrobes and re-tiled and lay underfloor heating in the bathroom. The quote was reasonable and they finished in-line with their original estimate. After they finished there were a few problems which hector and his team returned to fix. I expect other contractors may have just left after they had been paid, so i was impressed with Hector's professionalism and honesty throughout. I'd recommend them to anyone for building, plastering and bathroom work in particular. Thanks Hector and team!

I found Hector and his team on My Builder where they had great reviews - I could not have been more delighted we chose them for the renovation of my one bedroom flat. They finished the project on time, did everything beautifully, were innovative in solving any problems which came up along the way and couldn't have been more accomodating if they'd tried. Genesis London did the following jobs: - installation of a completely new shower room on the top floor of our house - complete refurbishment of an existing bathroom The project was complex, it took 7-8 weeks to complete and I am very happy with the results. The team which covered most of the project (Alonso and Nando) are very skilled tradesmen, they came up with the best technical solutions and ways around various hurdles. Their work covered so many aspects- starting with wall and glass panel installations, continuing with walls insulation, tiling, wood floor installation, carpenter tasks like bespoke countertops and shelving and went all the way to installing toilets, showers and making all work with the constraints of the pipe system within an old Victorian house. Equally important to their skills and great work standard, they had a very helpful attitude throughout the entire duration of the project: I was heavily pregnant at the time and they have assisted with all the deliveries of objects and materials, they were flexible when I changed or added to the initial contract and, together with the project manager, Hector, they have done a fantastic job. Be as precise and detailed as you can in the contracting phase and discuss/ negotiate changes in advance and you'll have a great experience working with Genesis London. I highly recommend the company and the team and I shall definitely use their services again. Proud owner of two beautiful new bathrooms.

Hector and his team completely refurbished our bathroom. The did a brilliant job and we are very pleased. We were actually away on holiday for the first week and put our trust in them and left our keys, with just a family member calling in now and again to see if everything was ok, When we returned after a week all the old bathroom had been stripped out, the plumbing had been reconfigured, tiling was almost complete and the furniture was going in. The job was pretty much done within 2 weeks with just a couple of niggles which were rectified straight away. The team speak mostly Spanish so communication can be a bit difficult if Hector is not around but we managed just fine and will definitely be hiring them again. I have already reccommended them to friends

I have put a neutral review on here simply because I want to give a positive and a negative review for two separate pieces of work. The positive review relates to my bathroom refit. Hector and his team listened to our requirements and adhered to everything we requested. We did have to spend time every day with the builders confirming exactly what we wanted but the finished bathroom is of a very high standard. If you need your bathroom refurbished, we would highly recommend Genesis London. The second job that we asked Genesis London to complete was hanging doors, fixing the door frame and fitting the ironmongery. We had discussed our requirements with Genesis and these had been agreed. However, on the day the work started, Genesis back-tracked on many things that were discussed. The quote for the job was very high and because of the work on the bathroom, we expected a great finish. This was not the case and we were very unhappy with the work and the way we were dealt with by Genesis.

Hector and his team did an excellent job on the removal and installation of our kitchen, it looks great! The project came in on time and to the original quote. His team also did little additions in the build and when there were minor issues with plumbing and electrics (our original kitchen was in a bit of a state and needed updating), or if something hadn’t been delivered by the kitchen manufacturer, Hector sourced a replacement without any fuss. The builders turned up promptly every morning and were extremely friendly and helpful; they even worked Saturdays which helped greatly with the turnaround time. The price was a fair one (and considerably less than what I was being quoted by contractors for the major kitchen companies). I will definitely get back in touch with him and his excellent team in the future if I have further work to be done.
