Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

We chose Empire to replace our roof &their estimate was far more detailed & professional than the others who quoted. The work was completed quickly and efficiently & the Empire team were helpful, polite & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Empire.

Chris arrived on time to give me the estimate and the roofers arrived on time on the day to carry out the job. I was shown pictures of all stages of the job and was pleased with the result. The workers cleaned up well after them and took away all the old bits and pieces. Reasonably priced and very helpful. I would definitely use Empire again.

Clear advice given, and whole process from initial visit through to completion of work was carried out efficiently and at time agreed. Pleased with experience and result. Would strongly recommend.

Very old slated roof needed a repair. Chris and the team were motivated and experience. Very reliable service and keep you informed on the progress. The work is carried out in a professional manner and tidy. We had some broken tiles accidentally caused and the after care service was also speedy and adequately done.

Chris Mills of Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD is a very friendly and informative gentleman. Professional and smart as his company and his staff. He explained the whole process for me and executed just as well. No hassles, no continuous phone calls. No problems. I wasn't bothered by the job. Done the job as he said. His quote was well presented. He billed me half on start and half upon completion. He predicted his days and hours of work to perfection. Very pleased. My work was commercial, and his work made me look good to my boss. Thanks a million Chris.

Chris and his team did a great job. They were professional and did the job quickly and the new roof looks great. Would definitely hire Chris again. Thank you

We received a high quality of service from Empire. Chris was polite, quick to quote and organised. The Empire team were professional and courteous, and our replacement guttering and roofing was installed to a high standard. Chris and the team were quick and forthcoming in addressing some outstanding issues that occurred during exterior painting, and we have subsequently engaged Empire for further roofing work to our satisfaction, with thanks.

I selected Empire to do this work as Chris, the MD of the company, was the only one of the 3 companies I shortlisted from My Builder who turned up on time, sent a detailed estimate and responded to queries. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to have the wider windows and Chris communicated this as soon as it was realised and a solution worked out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Empire.

Very professional and hard working and a great job at a good price

I would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future. They finished the project in record time and the work is of an excellent quality. Their price was competitive as we obtained quite a few quotes beforehand.
