Chris Mills of Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD is a very friendly and informative gentleman. Professional and smart as his company and his staff. He explained the whole process for me and executed just as well. No hassles, no continuous phone calls. No problems. I wasn't bothered by the job. Done the job as he said. His quote was well presented. He billed me half on start and half upon completion. He predicted his days and hours of work to perfection. Very pleased. My work was commercial, and his work made me look good to my boss. Thanks a million Chris.

I selected Empire to do this work as Chris, the MD of the company, was the only one of the 3 companies I shortlisted from My Builder who turned up on time, sent a detailed estimate and responded to queries. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to have the wider windows and Chris communicated this as soon as it was realised and a solution worked out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Empire.

Very professional and hard working and a great job at a good price
