Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Chris provided a highly professional service throughout, made detailed notes throughout the initial inspection, and a correspondingly detailed written quote the same day. The team arrived on time and completed the works in a friendly, positive and professional manner. The new guttering looks very neat and high quality. What I appreciated the most was that Chris always followed up with a phone call the same day and provided expert advice on the most cost effective method of repairs.

Empire Roofing completed the work on our guttering within the time they said it would take and the men undertaking the work were friendly and polite, always leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. We are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.

Chris and his team were really professional from start to finish. They completed the job within a few hours and have massively improved my house's curb appeal.

I cannot recommend Empire enough and would score Chris and the whole team 10 out of 10! From initial meeting, speed of his office team sending the same day (competitive) quote, to Chris calling and checking I had no further questions, they gave me full confidence to offer them the job. On the day of the works his team of 3 arrived well ahead of the 8am start and worked speedily to complete the job in 1/2 day. They were super careful taking equipment through my property and on finishing cleared/swept areas that they worked. I was 100% happy with the completed job. This is an all round professional team who would do an excellent job should you take them on!!

Top marks to Chris and his Team, very pleased with the work.

After finding Chris on mybuilder due to a Solar PV Installation that required additional roof work and a very unhappy end customer of mine. Chris at Empire saved my day! Thank you very much for the quick quote and amazing turnaround time of completing the job! Chris kept me updated from start to finish – very good customer service skills! The quality of the work is 110% and my end customer is very very happy with the end result. And even complemented the lads on site as friendly, professional, efficient. The lads left the site clean and tidy. if I ever need assistance from Chris and his team at Empire again in the future, I would not hesitate to contact. I have one very happy end customer now!

Great team!! Arrived on time, just got on wth the work as planned with no issues. So pleased I chose this company as didn’t have to worry about a thing, all work done to excellent standard and tidied up when finished.

Brilliant tradesman.. very efficient and clean job . Very pleased with Empire services . Would def recommend and I will use them again . Many thanks

As a lay person customer, you want to feel that you can question any job you are paying a large amount of money for, which Chris allowed me do. The job was completed quickly, the rubbish was taken away and I was satisfied with the end result. Chris was easy to work with so would consider Empire again.

Chris himself had come down for a survey and measured my roof. The next day he personally called me to go through my written quote as it was broken down into line items explaining all the work that was going to be carried out. As promised a new flat roof and new gutters were setup in three days. I recommend Empire Roofing any time.
