After finding Chris on mybuilder due to a Solar PV Installation that required additional roof work and a very unhappy end customer of mine. Chris at Empire saved my day! Thank you very much for the quick quote and amazing turnaround time of completing the job! Chris kept me updated from start to finish – very good customer service skills! The quality of the work is 110% and my end customer is very very happy with the end result. And even complemented the lads on site as friendly, professional, efficient. The lads left the site clean and tidy. if I ever need assistance from Chris and his team at Empire again in the future, I would not hesitate to contact. I have one very happy end customer now!

As a lay person customer, you want to feel that you can question any job you are paying a large amount of money for, which Chris allowed me do. The job was completed quickly, the rubbish was taken away and I was satisfied with the end result. Chris was easy to work with so would consider Empire again.

Chris himself had come down for a survey and measured my roof. The next day he personally called me to go through my written quote as it was broken down into line items explaining all the work that was going to be carried out. As promised a new flat roof and new gutters were setup in three days. I recommend Empire Roofing any time.

Chris arrived on time to give me the estimate and the roofers arrived on time on the day to carry out the job. I was shown pictures of all stages of the job and was pleased with the result. The workers cleaned up well after them and took away all the old bits and pieces. Reasonably priced and very helpful. I would definitely use Empire again.

Very old slated roof needed a repair. Chris and the team were motivated and experience. Very reliable service and keep you informed on the progress. The work is carried out in a professional manner and tidy. We had some broken tiles accidentally caused and the after care service was also speedy and adequately done.
