After making contact Chris came over to give me a quote to have my roof cleaned, some tiles replaced and repoint some of my ridge tile. I asked if he could let me know while up there if there was anything else that needed doing. He was very helpful and reassured me that if there were any issues he would let me know and we could take it from there. I ended up having some guttering replaced, flashings redone and chimney sorted all at a price I was happy with. Overall very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Empire, Chris and his team to anyone that has any roofing issues.

We have used Empire over the last month or so to assist with commercial drone surveys in relation to roofing works. They have been extremely professional in their approach. Quick to attend to complete surveys and provide photos and quotes. We have found their prices to be very competitive and overall very well priced.

Did a shoddy job on my roof and roof started leaking immediately. Has asked the company to redo the roof and they refused despite giving me a 20 year warranty.

I’m really pleased with the work Empire Roofing did on our flat roof. Their communication was excellent and everything was handled exactly as promised. ​The team on-site, Bradley and Wayne, were fantastic. They were incredibly diligent and clearly take pride in their work, which shows in the high standard of the finish. Even when the weather turned a bit grim, they made no excuses and just stayed focused on getting the job completed properly and making sure the house was watertight. ​They were also very respectful of the property and kept the site tidy throughout, which made the whole process much easier. It is rare to find such a reliable team that combines high-quality workmanship with a professional attitude. ​I’m very happy with the new roof and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Empire Roofing to anyone looking for a solid, professional job.

Highly recommended. During initial survey all aspects of the job were reviewed and discussed all options - full disclosure on all steps and materials to be used. Written quote provided promptly listing all items discussed during the survey (no surprises). Work started and the team were very professional and friendly keeping me informed during all stages of the work. At conclusion of the job area was cleared all debris was collected and removed. Communication with the office team was prompt and any inquiry dealt with quickly. Chris obviously has a great team.

These guys were amazing with great calibre and high skills.Their mannerism was outstanding. The finishing product was super.They repaired my conservatory leaking roof using all the latest products and technology.I am greatly satisfied with the out come. The staff in their office were very friendly, courteous, respectful and helpful. Wanted my wood facias & soffits replaced with UPVC ones, also guttering and down pipes replaced. Chris arrived on time as agreed, was extremely professional, answered all my questions and was very helpful with his knowledge and ideas. Put me at ease and left me feeling confident that this was the right company to use. Told me i would receive my quote by lunchtime that day which I did. Detailed quotation with all that was explained to me during our meeting. Agreed on a date to start work, team arrived on day as agreed, completed works to an exceptional standard in 2 days. Cleared away all rubbish and left everything exactly as was on day they arrived. Work carried out was to an exceptional standard and could not be happier with the outcome. Even went above and beyond by sourcing a few broken tiles that Chris pointed out to me on his visit and replaced these for me at no extra cost. Professional all round, quick initial inspection and quote. Workmen turned up on time they were polite and efficient, they found some extra issues which were also resolved. They also cleaned up after, great service.

We went for a replacement flat roof and cladding to the front of the building in the end. The lads were polite , efficient and punctual. The work was completed to a high standard. We were very happy.
