Chris provided a highly professional service throughout, made detailed notes throughout the initial inspection, and a correspondingly detailed written quote the same day. The team arrived on time and completed the works in a friendly, positive and professional manner. The new guttering looks very neat and high quality. What I appreciated the most was that Chris always followed up with a phone call the same day and provided expert advice on the most cost effective method of repairs.

I cannot recommend Empire enough and would score Chris and the whole team 10 out of 10! From initial meeting, speed of his office team sending the same day (competitive) quote, to Chris calling and checking I had no further questions, they gave me full confidence to offer them the job. On the day of the works his team of 3 arrived well ahead of the 8am start and worked speedily to complete the job in 1/2 day. They were super careful taking equipment through my property and on finishing cleared/swept areas that they worked. I was 100% happy with the completed job. This is an all round professional team who would do an excellent job should you take them on!!
