I’ve been impressed by the efficiency and promptness of the service. It’s also been great to see the effective use of modern technology with the drone to increase accuracy and keep down costs. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone else needing investigation into any roof work needing to be done.

Extremely pleased with the service received from Empire. Chris came and quoted for the job very quickly, provided me with an emailed quote the same afternoon, at a price which was very fair and actually to the penny what I was expecting to pay. The job was done on the day agreed, and the work was completed to an excellent standard with no complications. Would not hesitate to use Empire again and would recommend them 100% to anyone needing this type of work done. This job was done for my own house, but I work in property maintenance and so many homeowners go for cheap, over quality and service but that is not the way to go, you get what you pay for.

Chris and his team at Empire UPVC and Roofing were excellent. In the end the job involved repointing several parapet walls on my roof and reflaunching the chimneys. The team did a really professional job, raking out all the damaged cement and repointing thoroughly. They were on time, polite, professional and explained to me what they were doing at every stage. Special thanks should go to Chris who communicated with me promptly and professionally throughout and was able to act really swiftly when I suddenly needed the work done urgently. 5 stars!

Very professional from start to finish. Great communication and the survey and quote were done very quickly. We had the guttering replaced at the front of our house and we are very happy with the standard of work and the price. Would recommend.
