A swift response from Empire when I first posted the details of the job required. Chris came shortly after for a free inspection and explained how the job would be completed along with time frames and quotations. The completed works was done professionally, within budget and time frame stipulated with photographic evidence provided. Great service, and highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the outcome of works done on our property and would wholeheartedly recommend Empire to anyone wanting similar work. We decided in the end to have a full replacement roof at the front of our mid terrace house adjoining the existing dormer, with new guttering both front and back, along with the two lower roofs at the back of the house, as well as replacement of two Velux windows which were over 20 years old on our 1930s property. We were very impressed with the builders who worked on the job, all of whom were hard working and very polite and always cleaned up after themselves (Some of whom have been working for Empire for many years). At times we did have snags, but most importantly they were addressed and dealt with promptly by Chris' team to a high, professional standard. We found Chris to be very approachable and helpful and he was prompt in issuing the quote which we found reasonable compared to other Roofing Companies we had looked at. Overall we are very delighted with the outcome of the work done on our property.

I would highly recommend Chris & the Empire Team. Chris turned up for the quotation appointment on time, was honest about the work that needed to be done to the roof, the quote was exceptional value considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Contact with the office was friendly & efficient, the quote sent out immediately. The appointment for the job to be done also had the quickest turnaround timescale from the quotes that i received. Chris's team turned up on time, polite, friendly,hardworking & left the work area spotless. The workmanship on the roof is top quality & built to last. I wouldn't hesitate in using The Empire Team again in the future.

All the works carried out to our property was to a very high standard, and we are very pleased with it. The boys were very professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. As promised, our property was left very clean and tidy once the boys had completed the work. Punctual and did a good job.

Brilliant. Scaffolding arrived on time, erected / was dismantled in record time. Roofers also arrived on time and date agreed. All staff friendly and efficient. Also saw photos of before and after. Extremely pleased. Now need to waut for rain to test, 😂 Highly recommended
