Work done as promised - no issues - left no mess.

What a fantastic job. I am over the moon with the result. A professional job from start to finish. Empire's attitude towards work and their high standard was second to none. I have recommended Empire to already interested neighbours. Thank you for a job well done, what a transformation.

We are happy with the work carried out. The job was started on time and finished very quickly. There has been a lot of rain since the roof work was completed and we have had no issues. We would recommend Empire and will use them again.

Chris is fantastic, he always respond so quickly and very passionate for achieving high standard of work. That rubbed off to his team, you can see it clearly. I am very happy to work with him again, highly recommended to anyone who is looking for the roof works.

Extremely pleased with the work. Very efficient from start to finish and the two guys who came to do the work did a fantastic job. Also, left everything very neat and tidy and were very courteous. Would thoroughly recommend and use them again.

I’m quite happy with the work done, their 2 mates are very professional, experienced and efficient, the new fascia and gutter looks solid and firm, birds have no chance to come in again, the eaves now looks tidy and clean, I think they’ve done a good job in general, will recommend to friends!

I have nothing but good things to say about Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD. Chris was very quick to respond to every kind of communication and was very friendly and helpful. Jack came out to measure up the following day and they managed to fit us in the following week. The work was done with no fuss in only 1 day. Jack then came back out the next day to double check the work and ensure we were happy. He really went above and beyond, even fixing something else unrelated whilst he was on the roof. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's obvious why they have such good feedback on here. They actually care about the quality of work.
