Did a great job on the roof despite the conditions. Tidied everything away when finished. Roof seems to be really good quality. Would recommend them.

Very pleased with work completed. Communication was excellent throughout and although the work was hampered by the weather conditions they endeavoured to complete it as quickly as possible. Would recommend.

Our whole experience with Empire was great. They gave us a good and honest estimate of work and their communication throughout was second to none. The work carried out was thorough, yet efficient and every person we dealt with was very friendly and polite. All in all, we're very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chris responded very quickly and came round exactly when he said he would. Written quote provided later that day. My queries were answered promptly and in a way I could understand. Work carried out as specified by two decent guys, who tidied up when finished. I'm very fussy, but would certainly use Empire again.

I recently had my flat roof replaced and am very happy with the workmanship. Very easy process from start to finish very friendly staff. Everything was so effortless from start to finish. They were very tidy workers left everything nice and tidy. They gained access via our side gates and were nice enough to close everything up when they left. If we need any further work in the future will use them again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family

So pleased with Chris and his guys. They were able to fix my roof when other companies had not done a proper job. They replied quickly and were extremely organised with no mess or fuss. They were professional, explained every stage of what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. I hope I now have a watertight roof as time will tell.
