I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Chris, Mat and his team. They have done a fantastic job to re-roof my house. Through out the work they have made great effort to achieve the best results sometimes under strong wind and heavy rain. We are pleased to see a wonderful finish to our new roof and we are sure it will keep our house more warm, energy efficient and especially away from any leaks.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work, the way it was done and the excellent customer service before and after. Chris and his team responded promptly to all phone calls and emails, provided a detailed quote, did the job on time, carried it out efficiently, carefully and in a friendly manner. No complaints. We would use Empire again.

I had a fantastic experience with Empire. I thought I had a problem with the flashings on my extension. Chris came to have a look the day after I posted the job, and had the experience to tell me that it was a different problem and explained the fix well - including the most elegant climb out of a window I've seen. The job was booked in for a week later at a good price. On the day, the roofers from Empire were prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond, repointing the coping stones free of charge despite that not being on the original schedule of work - the roof looks fantastic. It's been a stressful few weeks moving in, organising various tradespeople to do jobs - I have to say Empire gave me the easiest and most straightforward experience from start to finish - their communication is excellent.

This is the second we have used Empire roofing and again they arrived on time , completed the works to a very high standard with the minimal of inconvenience . We would 100% use Chris again and would recommend them to all

The two guys that came to the house done a fantastic job our roof was covered in moss and on top of that the guttering was all full of it we also had broken tiles which were changed. The men worked till it was dark to get finished and a third man came to help them clear up. They showed me all the before and after photos which put our minds at rest. Great service from start to finish with excellent communication.

Chris and his team done a fantastic job on a flat roof which was difficult to access. Highly recommended and will be using for any future roofing jobs

All very straightforward. They did the work as specified in the estimate. Punctual, pleasant workforce and though it's only been 24 hours, the work seems to be to a high standard. Would recommend.
