We had made a few enquiries about having the fascias and soffits replaced at our home and found that the quotations varied quite a bit but Empire but very efficient in giving a quote and although they weren’t the cheapest they were very professional in the way that they presented the company so we decided to go with them. The staff in the office were very efficient and any queries we had were dealt with straight away. We were told it would take three men two days to do the work and it was completed in that time with no problems.The three men were very friendly and very obliging and did a very good job. We are very happy with the work that was carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Chris' team from Empire roofing were very efficient from start to finish; quick to respond to first enquiry, sent a surveyor when they said they would and the build team turned up on time on the agreed start day with all the required materials. The overall quality of the job was very good, the price was also competitive and came with a 15 year guarantee. We would certainly recommend them.

My mum's house has had a very bad roof leak for awhile. Several builders quoted reapirs but failed to book us in or have tried to convince me to reroof the whole house at Great cost, but Empire roofing diagnosed the problem (damaged box valley) and assured me that they could fix it without the need to spend so much money doing the entire roof up. I was very pleased with the detailed written quotation I received from this company as well as their 10-year guarantee for the repair work. They booked the job and came promptly on the day they said and completed the job. So far so good. Will see how the repair work holds up during heavy rain but if there is any trickle, the company said they would gladly come out again due to their guarantee.

Very pleased with the job. Chris was always available on the phone to help. Invoice was the same as the estimate. Flat roof to loft extension completed in one day. 20 year guarantee from a seperate insurance company was included in the price. Very pleased.

The assessment of what we needed doing was very prompt and I felt confident going ahead with Empire, especially with the guarantees they offer. The work happened soon after and looks very competently undertaken.

When I contacted Empire they were quick to respond and quote. Once hired the team were very professional and booked the work in and kept me informed all the way through to the work being completed. The service provided was simple and efficient. Builders were polite and understanding. A bit more expensive than l had hoped. Otherwise,, overall very good.

Excellent service from beginning to end with minimal disruption. Chris answered every question and provided photographs of the tiles when I was unsure of the finish. The quality of the work is first rate and the guys on the job were all professional and friendly. Materials used are all innovative and of good quality. Well... it has rained non-stop since the new roof on the balcony went up and so far not a drop has leaked into the kitchen! Empire was very easy and pleasant to work with. They did the job quickly, efficiently and to a high standard and were very affordable. They also kept themselves to themselves and there was no fuss or problems to deal with. We almost didn't even notice that they were there. Highly recommended.
