Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Excellent service, top quality workmanship and left the site clean and tidy.

Excellent service and the workmen were very helpful and friendly. They didn’t stop working and cleared up every step. Highly recommend this company

Extremely prompt and good service. The work for a for a survey, report and quotation for roofing work. Chris arrived when agreed, and delivered the report and quotation before promised.

Nick and Kieran did the job beautifully, part of the gutter was missing so they came second day and finished the job. Highly recommend Empire roofing , very professional and reasonable prices. Thanks Chris

Very positive comms. Did the request task perfectly.

I had an issue with a leaking flat roof and reached out to Chris and the team who arranged a time to go out and inspect. This was done fairly promptly and a quote provided. At this property there were 3 areas of flat roofing and when enquiring about the other 2 smaller areas, was informed they did not require changing - refreshing honesty. We agreed times for the scaffolding and this went up on time. Whilst they were stripping the roof, they noticed a vent from the bathroom had not been configured correctly- they called me twice to discuss but as I could not answer my phone, they went ahead and changed it; I eventually called back in the evening and Chris explained the problem, the damage and how they planned to rectify it. I was a bit nervous as I had no idea of the additional costs involved but the price was fair and reasonable. The team finished the job on time and with a 20 year guarantee for the work it was smiles all round. No hesitation in recommending them. Thanks to all for your help.

Job completed as scheduled. We’re happy with the work done. Thank you
