Very positive comms. Did the request task perfectly.

I had an issue with a leaking flat roof and reached out to Chris and the team who arranged a time to go out and inspect. This was done fairly promptly and a quote provided. At this property there were 3 areas of flat roofing and when enquiring about the other 2 smaller areas, was informed they did not require changing - refreshing honesty. We agreed times for the scaffolding and this went up on time. Whilst they were stripping the roof, they noticed a vent from the bathroom had not been configured correctly- they called me twice to discuss but as I could not answer my phone, they went ahead and changed it; I eventually called back in the evening and Chris explained the problem, the damage and how they planned to rectify it. I was a bit nervous as I had no idea of the additional costs involved but the price was fair and reasonable. The team finished the job on time and with a 20 year guarantee for the work it was smiles all round. No hesitation in recommending them. Thanks to all for your help.

The team were friendly and helpful completing the work on time and very tidily. There was an issue but they came back the very next day and fixed it immidiately and were thorough with explaining the situation leaving us with confidence.

We had soffits and guttering replaced on 2 properties. The workmen were polite and cleaned up everything after them. Pleased with the end result and customer service

Fascia boards fitted. Tidy work,including scaffolding. Everything so far satisfactory. Timescale as quoted.
