Chris and the team did a great job. Very professional from start to finish. Photos at the end were very helpful.

When estimate took place Chris was very clear on what needed done. As a lady on her own it can be daunting. The team who came to do the work were so nice. They did a fantastic job. From asking for a Builder and the work being completed were 3 days. Thank you Empire.

The whole process from start to finish with Empire was so smooth and efficient. I had a leaking flat garage roof due to previous cowboy company - pays to use professionals like Empire. From the site inspection, quotation and worked carried out I can say nothing more than these guys are the best. They are polite, on time, clean and tidy work and never once push anything on you you don't want. The job was done in a professional manor, extremally polite workers, very tidy with a stunning finished job. Can't wait for it to rain now.

I do not like writing reviews as in my experience not much good comes from them. Seeing I having to leave one before my job can be signed off and insurance documents issued I see as a negative in its own right. This alone will put me off using this site again.

I am so happy with my new roof I had my existing conservatory roof replaced with a felt roof From the first point of contact from this company I can honestly find no faults. The whole team was polite,punctual,went above and beyond what they were supposed to do and left the whole area a lot cleaner than when they found it. I loved the team having their names on their jumpers, seemed more personal and whether you spoke to them on the phone or in person you knew exactly who you were talking too.
