Great communication, from start to finish an excellent job, very professional and friendly. Quick respond and very good quote compare to the others. Chris visited the site and provided good information, after which the quote was quickly provided. The job was completed very swiftly and stress free, with 20 years quarantee. I will definitely recommend '' Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists'' to everyone.

A very well done job by Empire. They know all about roofs and were able to suggest a solution for my conservatory that several roofers before them were not. Worked hard, in any weather and according to schedule, left the site clean afterwards. Every member of the team was professional and very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend. Special thanks for helping with my difficult neighbour.

Great communication. The guy's turned up on time were courteous and completed the work on one of the two 3-bed houses. The second homeowner is pondering.

Neat tidy job, team were friendly and professional, good communications, no hard sell, quoted and job done within 4 days of posting on MyBuilder. Very pleased.

Great customer service, quick response times and resolution. Very happy, would use again.

The flat roof was replaced to my satisfaction. I asked if the company could make good the ceiling that was damaged by the previous leakage. This was not to my satisfaction. After going forward and backwards with them on the additional cost for the ceiling that I was not happy with, the company decided to give me a full credit for this additional work, so I only had to pay for the roof replacement that I was happy with.

Hired Empire to do a roof assessment on a old house we were buying. Great communication throughout the process. They provided a detailed and clear report and highlighted all the issues. Happy with their work

Professional. Friendly. Exceptional work with fantastic people. 10/10. We can't recommend them enough. My partner and I needed extensive repairs/replacements on our property and were concerned about finding the right people we could trust to do great work. Chris and his team were empathetic and supportive, keeping us in the loop with every stage of their work right from the moment we uploaded our job. Chris, the team, thank you so much for making an expensive, complicated job easy to accomplish and stress-free.
