Chris visited to examine the gutters before preparing the quote, which was sent the same day. Once I hired him, he booked a slot with one of his team to do the job within days. Chris and his team are professional, correspondence is quick and clear. I would definitely recommend him.

Great service from Empire. We left the team at the house as we had to go to work, we got back this evening and everything looks fantastic! New gutters, fascia’s and soffits, everything looks so clean and shiny! They have left no mess whatsoever too, it’s like they were never here, if it weren’t for everything looking so good! Closed up the house securely too. Chris was also very understanding when we thought we may not be able to have the job done, offered a payment in instalments plan, we didn’t need to use in the end but it was very helpful of him. Hasn’t rained yet so don’t know if it works yet but I have no doubts! Couldn’t fault them, would recommend to friends for sure. Thank you team!

These guys might be slightly more expensive but all materials are at the mo - these guys from start to finish were professional, detailed and knew what they needed to do. I would highly recommend them if you want the job done correctly. I was extremely impressed.

I had 4 quotes off mybuilder for this job. Two of the tradesmen suggested replacing the whole flat roof, another suggested a solution but it would have meant moving the existing downpipe. All 3 had a peek through the back of my window to see the flat roof and then quoted. Empire was my fourth quote. After having a peek through the window, Steve wanted to get a ladder and take a proper look on the roof itself (the others did not do this). After a proper inspection, he offered a better solution and didn't believe the whole roof needed to be taken off, I asked him to have a look at my original roof too to see if there were any issues and he quoted me for those jobs too. The whole job ended up being at least £1000 cheaper than had I replaced the whole roof. They were able to organise to do the job in the same week. The workmen were courteous, left no mess at the end of each day and worked diligently. There's also a 20 year guarantee for labour and materials, which gives a lot of confidence too. Definitely recommend!
