    Washing machine needs fitting
    The plumber knew what he was doing. It only took him 1 hour at least to plumb my washing machine in and he cleaned everything up after himself.

    Boiler repairs
    Very expensive but quick response time. I will not recommend or will not try this company again.

    Water leak inside wall.
    Response was prompt, But Job was not done fully, Said we dont fix plasterboard and just do water leak. Now I have to call someone else to do rest of the job. Site left dirty because they did'nt have brush and dustpan. I called them for my newly joined tenant, and they left all the plaster board dirt for them to clean. Pretty upsetting. Work seems to be done now, but not fully confident that its done correctly as they didnt even switch off water to see the problem.As they did'nt open pipe to check the cause of leak, just pushed a push fit. They are confident that its done correctly, but I am not. Only time will tell. Over all not satisfied, only given two start as they were prompt in communication and arrived as per schedule.

It's essential to consider that every job is unique, and fixing a leaking radiator can vary in complexity. Our initial agreement was based on a fair discussion regarding the price, which you willingly agreed to pay. Furthermore, the job was completed to the highest standard possible, and there were no problems left behind. Therefore, I find your feedback unfair and somewhat invalid. Thank you for your time.

    Replacing 1 radiator
    The worker was polite but wanted to charge £280 from £125 as it's more complicated to do and not worth the job. The company needs to ask for more information before sending people over. Wasted my whole day waiting and not been able to do the job advertised at the price quoted.

    The job description stated "replacing 1 radiator". When the engineer arrived at the job, you showed him a different radiator to the one you described to him. First of all, this caused confusion between both you and the engineer. Secondly, the engineer had to alter the price based the model and size of the radiator plus the pipework and additional labour that came with it. We arrived promptly to the job at 11AM, and left (not carrying any work out) at 11:20 AM. We did not waste, or intend to waste any time. Furthermore, you should have left any review as no services were provided for you. Please provide an accurate description of the job with pictures next time you consider shortlisting. Thank you.

    Disconnection then reconnection of a gas cooker
    No complaints. My gas cooker was disconnected, moved, and re-connected. Mo was fab
