I have to say ,did not have job done at the end as my son can back from holiday and visited me immediately heard had a problem with boiler, and fixed as said seems like pressure dropped and did in couple of minutes. I did not want to bother him so soon so took in my own hands contacting Conclusive Property services . I have to say although not needing Mr Khan have to say I found him very 'Responsive'. He contacted straight away within minutes of job being posted ,I saying just getting a couple more quotes and get back to you. I found him impeccably mannered when I called him to say that I was sorted boiler working. I personally not one for seeing a couple of negative feed backs on the site on a tradesman I'd need few more to decide not to hire. I would have got what cost entail and how worked out before hired and would have asked for written details before I hired,whether 'call out charge',if so how much ,proof of parts paid for if and itemised costing and proof of price those parts ,plus their charge of labour on top before went ahead. I do this with all my tradesmen and suggest others do to! But 'Yes',I wouldn't hesitate to hire him if should need work doing !

Would not hire again. Initially agreed to come and have a look. recommended some parts change and asked for a deposit 70 pounds + VAT. Once price for quotation came back i refused to go ahead and asked for refund only to be told that money will not be refunded because he visited me. the visit was only for a 10 mins. Morally and ethically it was a shock to me.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. PLEASE AVOID. I had to TRUST Mr Khan with keys to my property and undertake the agreed works without my supervision because I live at some distance from the property. What I found when I returned to inspect his work was an appalling poor quality of workmanship/ care bordering on vandalism. Most of his work has had to be redone. He even kept pestering for money payment in advance of me seeing his work which I foolishly agreed to. To make matters worse his original estimate for the cost of works almost trebled incl. his cost of materials. PLEASE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS JUST AVOID THIS CHARACTER AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY & HASSLE. HE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON THIS SITE.

The job was done as per our requirements and on the days that suited us. The work was ok without major issues. The time required which was discussed on the planning visit was massively under-estimated so avoid time-based quotes.
