AsapI use MyBuilder quite a lot, and this is my first negative experience where I was not overly impressed. During the job, he damaged a kitchen unit. I understand that mistakes happen, but at first, he completely denied that it was him. Eventually, he admitted the mistake and gave me a discount off the bill to cover the damage which was all I wanted. I shouldn't have had to ask for it. It's a shame because he was quick to respond, and he did the job required, but he won't be doing another job at one of my properties.Review from bob, Manchester bob, Manchester

We had a problem on our end as we ordered the wrong size hob, he came measured and recommended the correct one to get as we had no idea. Once the new one arrived he came the same day to fit the hob. He was also rude and didn’t apologise for keeping me waiting/ being late to pick up my children.Answer from tradesperson:

Firstly, our prices were agreed upon before we commenced any work, ensuring transparency and mutual consent. Regarding the engineer's visit, there seems to be a misunderstanding. The scheduling changes were made based on tenant availability, and our engineer adjusted accordingly. Despite these changes, the engineer waited for nearly an hour due to delays. Our engineer did attempt to contact you to inform you of his brief break. We strive to provide the best service and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
