    M40 Manchester, Worcester 28i Boiler fault, pls help, URGENT!!!!
    21 Dec Bolier out of order is nightmare. 24 Dec (Christmas eve) new boiler can be replaced is not a dream. Amazing!!!! Every engineers are nice and professional. Highly recommend to everyone !!!!

    Kitchen sink blockage
    Problem with my kitchen sink was bigger than I expected, they had to call a second guy to help fix it. It was a bit pricey, but they did a great job. I'm very happy with their service.

    Leakage of the boiler.
    Quick respond, went to the address at the same day, but very higher price he gave just for changing the isolation flow valve of the combi boiler- £359. 58 on the second day and £150 on the first day of attending to the property. Had to look for someone else to fix the boiler who has changed: Recharged expansion vessel Replaced washer on return isolation valve Replaced leaking section of filling loop Replaced leaking auto air vent Replaced pressure relief valve just for £ 140 with warranty of 12months on the same day I have contact him. Don’t recommends!

Should additional parts or further work be required, any additional costs are clearly explained at that time. The price you paid reflects the diagnostic service and time spent on-site by the engineer. Once the situation was explained, the decision to proceed was entirely yours, as is standard practice with service providers. Please also note that the cost of parts is determined by the merchant, not the engineer or our company. We hope this helps to clarify the situation.

    Needed a new boiler and managed to get supply and job completed before Xmas

    Broken Boiler and downstairs Radiators
    Had an emergency problem with the boiler and downstairs heating during extreme winter weather. He came at short notice and was quickly able to find the issue. He was very transparent on what needed repairing along with a full cost breakdown and provided the work and repairs, boiler part replacement, new radiators and new piping, to a very high standard. There was also some leftover copper pipe after the work was finished for which he fully reimbursed me for. Tradesman like this are very difficult to find, especially in the midst of Winter!
