Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that before attending the property, I explained over the phone that our charge of £125 + VAT covered the diagnosis, the first hour on site, and the repair of the boiler fault where possible. I also clearly advised that the Gas Safety Certificate and boiler service were separate items and would incur additional charges. Before any work was carried out, I discussed the costs with you again and obtained your agreement to proceed. Once on site, I completed the agreed work and resolved the boiler issue as requested. We always aim to be transparent with my pricing and explain what is included before attending a job.
