    Boiler not giving hot water
    This company is highly recommended, Mohammad was at my property within an hour, and addressed the problem. Thank you for a professional service

    Low water pressure eboiler
    Low water pressure, needed new valve fitted. Very quick service, plumber was efficient and friendly. Only given 3 stars due to the cost. Was here 40 minutes and cost £250.00, since found out new valve only costs £1.50, and wasn't given the cost upfront, but I suppose that's my fault for not asking him how much it would cost

    Bursted pipes inside wall
    Very bad and nasty company Very bad and nasty company, they tell you one price and when at the place they pay mind games if they see you desperate in order to double or triple their initial quote. At least is what they done with me , when they seen me desperate and in a vulnerable situation.Despicable people. STAY FAR AWAY . I would not even give them one star

    Pipe leak under boiler
    If I could give no stars I would. He charge £135 for a call out and told me if he couldn't fix the job on sight part of the call out charge would go toward him calling back and fixing the boiler. He then told me this was plus vat making £162.00 for the call out.( average call out fee is 80-90 I have since discovered. Then he quoted £90.00 for the replacement pipe (cost online £40.00) and another £284 plus vat to come back. Also tried to convince me to overhall n service an old boiler. By this time the bill would have been over £1000.00 I told him I could have a new boiler for just over that. Eventually as a good will gesture he offered to come back n fix it for £146 + vat as a good will gesture. By this time my trust had gone and has cost me £162.00 to be told what I already new. I need a new pipe for the over flow. I'm still in the same position I started with a lighter bank balance. Sincerely not impressed as I chose this sight to be sure I would get a reputable company.

    Ideal Logic 15 boiler not working, FD code
    Our inspector was respectful of our house and space (as we both were working that day) explained thoroughly what he was doing and how he was doing it, and was professional and friendly the entire time. Resolved our issue, highly recommended!

    Boiler stopped working
    While they got it working again it took them 8hrs to finish it after loads of phone calls to different people which felt a little unnerving as though they were not so sure what to do next I think I would look some ware else next time and I thought the price was a little high which I have not got a receipt for yet and they promised me one any how once bit twice shy

    We can see that you were given the number of a local electrician by us , however it is not someone who generally works for us and unfortunately on that day all our engineers were out on call-outs. It was mentioned to you that the electrician was not part of our team and was entirely up to yourself whether you called him out . I can also see that later that evening our electrician visited your property and rectified the issue promptly. So in effect the feedback you left did not relate to anyone from the company. I am happy that we were able to help resolve the issues and look forward to assisting you with further work in future.

    Leak in ceiling poss related to boiler pipe
    Very fast response to a leaky pipe issue. Cut hole in my ceiling, identified the leak and repaired it. All mess was cleaned up and the house left very tidy for what was a messy job. Job was pricey but based on how quickly they came out ( same day) and the quality of the repair I was satisfied
