Rustem has from day has provided an excellent service. He has taken care of everything with regards to completing and submitting all the necessary paperwork. He has always kept us in the loop via email and phone. He always responds to your questions and is available for advice when needed. We are still working with him. I can truly say I would recommend him 100% for the job. Thank you Rustem for making this process as simple and easy as possible.

Rustem was incredibly capable and a pleasure to work with. Regularly provided updates and no query was too small (or annoying) for him to handle. In what can usually be a frustrating experience, Rustem was able to clearly guide us through all stages of the procsss; plus some Jon standard queries we had. When compared to the competition his prices were MUCH more competitive than the others along with a top notch service. Will definitely use again.

A1 portal is one of the best,if not the best companies to deal with., everything went so smoothly he took care of everything that needed to be taken care of ,he's worth every penny. We had a few architects that came to provide quotes but we didn't decide to hire any of them. However Rustem we both thought was very knowledgeable and supportive of our plans to complete the rear extension. There were difficult legalities he was able to explain in simple terms so that we had a holistic view of the project at hand. With his experience, some of the challenging moments in the project we were able to navigate through with ease. We would highly recommend him any projects you might have. Nicholas

Rustem is very hardworking, passionate about his job and pleasant to work with. Rustem worked a couple of times during weekends to help to progress the project and I am very grateful for that! Rustem is always available to take your calls and staying in touch during the whole process and taking extra time to understand the client's needs and changing the design many times. Finally, he is building good relationships with the people around him and very open-minded to clients' ideas. 

After meeting with a number of people I decided to to work with Rustem. It was clear from our first meeting that he was an expert in the works that we required (internal reconfig loft extension and rear extension). Rustem guided us through the entire process very patiently and changed the plans a number of times (as we kept on changing our minds) No change was ever too much trouble and he completed the entire process from plans, submission, building control etc. It was entirely painless! Rustem comes highly recommended and his work is exceptional. If you are planning any kind of works, I would skip finding anyone else and hire him immediately. We did and certainly have no regrets!
