What can I say Rustem has made the whole process a dream. He is very friendly and has been excellent from start to finish answering any queries from myself or the planning department quickly. Very informative and punctual. I was looking at all the other architects on this site and reading all the reviews on them and I can honestly say I'm 110% happy with the service Rustem has provided and would recommend him to close family and friends. Rustem was brilliant right from the beginning. He devoted so much time and effort just at the initial consultation stage, outlining all the steps and costs involved. He clearly knows what he is doing and has experience with the different councils and what to expect from them. He also has extensive knowledge of Thames water procedures which is very helpful when it came to moving the manhole. He took care of everything and all the applications, keeping me up to date every step of the way. I was very happy with the drawings and they very reasonably priced - he was very open to changes after the initial plans, updating them to my exact specifications. One of the most valuable aspects was Rustem's connections with other professionals - structural engineers, flood risk surveyors etc. These proved invaluable as finding a good one that comes recommended was very difficult. I highly recommend Rustem and A1 Planning Portal for any future building works.
