As an experienced trade myself I can happily say that the service with rustem is very good. Excellent value for money and good communication. There are far too many engineers that are massively over priced. I do recommend him.

Rustem has made the whole process easier. His pricing is very competitive and has made multiple adjustments to the drawings as we worked towards the final result. He has been patient too, as we paused our project for a few months when lockdown hit. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Rustem from a number of Architects who we met before we started our work. Rustem walked us through the planing process and was able to deal with the complexities of our case. He was very responsive and got back to our queries and alteration requests anytime of the day which was actually very helpful during the stressful period of getting approval for our extension. 2 years on we are very happy with the work and really enjoy the space. We would definitely work with Rustem on our next project.

Rustem - was brilliant . He was extremely patient in the early stages with the multiple changes to the drawings which went on for at least two months .. and he did this via email during lockdown! This was very much appreciated Like on any build there were challenges but he was always available and always willing to help in resolving issues Whether it was drawings or dealing with Building Control,. The result is a beautiful extension delivered to drawings ! I would wholeheartedly recommend Rustem and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again!

Rustem was very helpful when initially carrying out structural and building control design for my proposed extension - providing advice on thames water / builability etc. He then continued to be accessible, and helpful, months later when I had further queries regarding party wall awards.
