Rustem has good understanding of his work and provides detailed explanations. We had a good experience in the initial phase but after that his response time got poor. Many times, questions and calls were unanswered for a long time and had to be chased quite a few times.

Rustem was very professional, great to work with and incredibly helpful. Taking the time to explain both the process and the plans clearly, along with keeping me informed along the way. Would completely recommend!

Hi, Rustem had been liaising with me, to complete and submit the drawings for our Outbuilding project/planning permission. He proposed some brilliant ideas, and helped submit the application. Rustem did a fantastic job designing our open-plan extension and modernizing our home, transforming it from a three-bedroom to a five-bedroom property. He patiently refined the design multiple times until we were completely happy. He provided excellent advice throughout, always happy to jump on calls to discuss designs and explain details. He started really well and helped us prepare the planning application to the council, however throughout the process he stopped responding to emails or picking up the phone. He seems to be uncontactable and the work has not been completed.

Rustem is very professional, quick and good at his job. He produced fantastic designs for loft conversion and rear extension. He honoured our request for further amendments and revised the plans as per our needs. Rustem is very efficient, creative and practical. I would highly recommend him.
