I am VERY PLEASED to have found Rustem and would HIGHLY recommend him!! Bought a house with plans to renovate and build an extension and engaged Rustem at very early stage before I exchanged the contract. Rustem agreed to visit the property and started working on the discussed plan. We wanted a bigger open plan kitchen but initially got permission for only 4.5m and we were not happy. Rustem suggested to submit another application and we got permission for 5m. We were still not happy!!! So Rustem submitted the plan for the third time and finally we got approval for 5.5m (Phew!!). Rustem did not asked for any extra fee for additional work and followed up with council on all 3 applications he had to submit!!! Once we were happy with extension size and the plan was approved from council, Rustem started with Building control drawing and got it all approved (saved us some money on Thames Water Build Over Agreement!!). Rustem is very professional, helpful and understanding. I still call Rustem to get his advise on building work and he's always happy to assist. He's a friend now who I can trust. Thank you Rustem for all the assistance!!!

I had purchased a house with unfinished planning approval work that had been carried out by the previous owners so being confronted by the council with threatening and confrontational letters was hugely upsetting considering how much id already spend on purchasing the house for my family and not being told about these applications when purchasing. Me and my partner we’re really down about the situation especially with a new born baby the stresses of this notice caught us off guard. Rest assured Rustem at A1 came to visit and took control of absolutely everything. He understood the situation we had been put in and although we new it would be a tricky case because of neighbouring houses he has drawn, submitted plans and chased the council and battled with them to gain approval! We cannot thank him enough for the work he’s carried out and will for sure recommend to any one.

Rüstem was very good to work with, helped a lot with understanding a problem as I didn’t have much experience. Still currently working with each other to get building control submitted. He turned around a refusal application into an approval within one week, which saved me a lot of time and money!

Brilliant service and architectural workmanship from start to finish. We are so grateful to have found Rustem at the time we did and without a shadow of a doubt know we chose the right professional for our job. We were glad that without any reservations he accepted our job albeit at a very complicated, messy and challenging period in our project. Ultimately, he delivered as promised and we got everything we needed, wanted and much more on our approval. We are extremely pleased and very satisfied with the outcome. I have dealt with Rustem a few times and is always accurate,at this occasion planning was refused but it wasn't his fault,not every aspect of building is acceptable by the council and i understand that,but Rustem tried his best. I thank him for that. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the job Rüstem did for us. He was professional, polite and quick to offer advice and answer any questions we had. We now have planning permission granted and I am sure Rüstem will continue to offer support as the work progresses.

Rustem did a great job as usual (not the first time I’ve used him) during the whole planning process from start to finish. This application was particularly difficult due to the fact the house was located in a protected area. Rustem kept me updated at all times and was fast to provide the council with all the additional material they required to complete the application. Would highly recommend.

Rustem has provided an excellent service in preparation and submitting drawings for planning permission and building control for one-store side extension to a semi-detached house in Abbey Wood area. He has followed up on his submissions and received approvals in a timely manor. He is easy and pleasant to deal with, attentive to detail and generally is very responsive. I hope to carry on cooperation with him during future building works. All in all, highly recommended.
