Rustem was professional and helpful at all times. Our project has been delayed for months but he has been most helpful throughout and never minds me asking more questions or for further advice and information. He managed the planning & permitted development for us completely. I would not hesitate to recommend Rustem.

I have no hesitation recommending Rustem for all your architectural and designing needs. He goes the extra mile! When we appointed Rustem to be our architect I only had his good reviews to go on, and there is always that element of doubt that can creep into your mind, as he was a name on a website that we had never used before. I am very happy to report Rustem exceeded our expectations. He is a very patient man with a lovely nature and is very talented. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him. Both my wife and myself had numerous questions relating to our conversation, and at times were a little embarrassed as we changed our minds on the scope of what we wanted. It never fazed Rustem! He was there 100% of the way. He offered advice and design ideas we would never have thought of and stayed focused and positive from the first day we met him to this very day. I wish him all the best for now and the future. His professionalism and skill-set will continue to grow, as he is a dedicated guy that actually does care about his clients.

Rustem was excellent. We were pleased with his initial design recommendations. We made a number of amendments, which he understood and made promptly. He organised the structural drawings and liaised with planning and building control on our behalf. Even after we got the approval he stayed in touch, helping and supporting during construction. Rustem is a true professional and a pleasant person to work with. I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking for architectural, structural design and technical drawings and subsequent support in gaining planning approval and building control.

Rustem did a brilliant job although I have a very bad neighbour who through objections for PP application. Rustem handled the plans very well and get the applicatikn approved with least changes. I would not hesitate to recemend him to anyone. PS: very economical :)

Very happy with our decision to use A1 Planning Portal, Rustem was knowledgeable, helpful & reliable from our initial meeting right through to the plans being approved. We are still making small amendments to plans, safe in the knowledge that we wont be charged extra whilst still receiving the same level of service as we did prior to approval. Prices are very competitive and the process was painless despite us changing our minds about layout a lot!

Rustem is a friendly and very client-orientated architect. He visited us a few times to discuss the project and take all appropriate measurements. He responded to our e-mails and calls very promptly and always answered our queries. His drawings are very professional and he always applied any changes we requested for them very quickly.

Rustem has been fantastic throughout. I am extremely particular and have set ideas which Rustem has worked with, and then worked alongside the council to get everything in place for the build. Rustem had a personal issue part way through applications but this has not affected his excellent performance and his updating. We still await the go-ahead for one project, which I have changed design of, but one is clear to start and that is thanks to Rustem's excellent work. Rustem explained each stage, completed drawings to timelines and liaised to take workload away from me. I would certainly recommend Rustem to anyone and look forward to getting the go-ahead to our other project. Thank you Rustem.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Rustem. He is such a lovely person, very polite and professional. He came to our flat and conducted a thorough survey. He gave us some sound advise and some great creative ideas for our single rear extension. Rustem was very accommodating, he gave us all the time we needed to talk through our options.
