I asked Rustem to provide plans for a 2 storey side extn. I found Rustem very easy to work with. He is very polite, very understanding of your needs. He basically went through all the right procedures with my council in order to pass this project. Unfortunatley this extn was refused by my council which had absolutley nothing to do with Rustem. Local council politics!!!!. Since the refusal Rustem has helped me with alternative solutions such as a loft conversion and without hesitation provided me with these plans so i can get quotes from builders. He has always been there to provide information also. In a nutshell i would most certainly recomend A1 Planning Portal's services.

Rustem has been a fantastic person to work with and super professional. Within minutes of posting my job, he got in touch and agreed to meet me on the same day to review and survey the property. He spent a long time with me going through different options and was very knowledgeable throughout. He drew up plans and submitted within a week as agreed, being very responsive at all times. A very pleasant person and very professional, i highly recommend him for any architecture work and am sure we will be working on more projects going forward.

Rustem was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, punctual, professional and proved very swift both drawing required plans and submitting those plans to the council for approval. Rustem kept me updated throughout the whole process and managed to obtain approval from the council to proceed with the works without any modifications to the original plans.
