Ruskem has been a great help to get this project off the ground with the successful permission granted for planning. He has been there every step of the way in achieving this goal and now that we have obtained planning permission i will be using Rustem and A1 Planning portal for my detailed design and the next steps in getting this project built. I would like to highly rate Rustem and A1 Planning Portal and would recommend for his knowledge and professionalism. Was always there on the phone or responding to one of my email very promptly. Great guy and should definitely be given a chance to quote for Planning application jobs.

Rustem has been brilliant from start to finish. Made the plans very quickly and was open to any changes we like. Rustem provided to us drawings, structural calculations and council applications for our loft conversion, 6 mtr rear extension, second story and garage. Rustem is very reliable, friendly, polite and honest. I have already recommend Rustem to my friends and if I have another project in the future I will be calling straight away Rustem.

Rustem was reliable and communicative from the beginning. He was clear on the costs and the service he would provide. His drawings were fantastic and he really listened to what we wanted, and made as many changes as we needed. He also worked with the council behind the scenes whilst keeping us updated on the progress and offered alternative ideas when we hit any barriers. We would highly recommend him.

Rustem Konali designed and applied for our loft conversion and rear extension with internal changes. He took time to go through the council's requirements so that he is conversant with the process of application and regulatory requirement for my council. He is very experienced at his job. He is patient and reasonable when it comes to cost and would work through every step of the process with you. I am very happy with his quality of work and would recommend him to anyone. I like a very responsive professional and Rustem is that person.

Rustem has been a pleasure to work with. He has been very prompt and professional, contributed plenty of ideas for our extension and was very efficient in his work. Considering the size and complexity of the build, it was a surprisingly pain free experience, just as Rustem said it would be. A key reason for choosing Rustem was his knowledge of the Local Authorities, and with planning approval granted on the first attempt and we can now get excited about the build. Thanks Rustem!

Rustem really helped me. His quote was quick and reasonable, and I felt in safe hands. He responded swiftly to any contact from me and he delivered on time. He has plenty of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. He communicates clearly and never made me feel embarrassed or patronised when explaining things to me.
