Best architect ever! Rustem made a successful application for a double storey extension on our behalf and it was approved by the Council with not a single problem. This is the first and only double storey extension that was approved at our street EVER! Neighbors keep asking how we did it :) Rustem also explained the whole process very well and always responded quickly to any query or amendment we had. Always available day or night! Rustem has been a great help with both our space plans and getting us successfully through the planning process. Rustem as always was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again. This is in fact the second time I've used him. On this occasion due to the property being within an area of outstanding natural beauty the council were problematic to say the least. Rustem stood by the application answering numerous council queries over the 9 months it took them to eventually, approve the application. Professional service from start to finish.

rustem ist really kind. although this loft extension is straight forward and under permitted development, there are several things to consider. we had so many questions and he amazingly quick in replying, as well as pro active. We met in December and in January we agreed on our final version, he sent it to the council and it took them two months to reply. He always called them, the party wall was also an issue and he helped us in resolving this. He suggested various helpful decisions and because we are so happy with him, we wanted him to draw and submit our extension too. I will post about this separately because we will have a really difficult project ahead of us. we want several things which are not allowed in London but we will fight with his help for every inch against the council.

Mr Konakli was very helpful during the whole process. No hidden charges and everything was clearly communicated. He followed up with the Planning application, Building control and Thames Water and kept me up to date in each stage. The planning officer has delayed the application but it was granted without any problems and no amendments to the drawings was required. I didn't have to do much. Mr Konakli has dealt with them with a lot of patience. He even was happy to do any modifications to the drawings if I requested to do so, free of charge of course. I would definitely recommend him for any one.

From the initial consultation, through early concept designs to final drawings and submission for Planning, Rustem has been a pleasure to work with. He understood everything we wanted to achieve with the project, offered guidance and expertise and has taken care of the technical and structural drawings as well as the submissions for Planning and Building Control. Throughout the process he’s been super helpful, extremely responsive and very flexible. I hired Rustem to draw plans and manage the planning application for my small extension. Rustem is incredibly personable and was always available to answer my questions.
