Rustem obtained planning permission for loft conversion on my flat from Croydon Council successfully He had to reapply again which he did for no further charge. He has also appealed the first application for no further charge and we are awaiting a decision on this.

Rustem has been absolutely incredible, he has worked hard to deliver our plans coordinating with various different external parties (council/thames water/structural engineers). He's professional and friendly and communicates well over the phone. He was very well priced in relation to other quotes we received and has delivered all plans and drawings as promised. I will say he has also been very patient and understanding with all minor changes we've needed to include into the plans. Thanks Rustem, we will certainly use you again in the future.

Rustem explained the process and costs and just got on with the job. He was flexible, with me changing my mind regularly, and kept me well informed on the council process and how the plans were progressing. This is a very challenging project which was pushing the extremes to get permission from the council, but with Rustem's assistance we achieved our goal and got the permission required to build the extension of our dreams. Now onward to the build. This is the second time that I have used Rustem and he will be first on my list for my next project!

Rustem was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. He has done several site visits to meet with us and understand what we are trying to achieve, to work with the party wall surveyor, to brief builders and offer suggestions to them, and to make sure we are happy with what he has designed. Drawings were delivered on schedule every time. We asked for suggestions on incorporating a new wet room, and he came up with 3 options, clearly explaining the thought and logic behind each, and offering suggestions as to which would create the best living space. He worked with the structural engineers and our local council for planning approval and to set up building control, and kept us in the loop on everything as it progressed.

Rustem managed to produce the drawings we needed in a remarkably quick timescale. He was, as ever, helpful, responsive and accommodating. This is the second occasion we have used Rustem and would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others.
