I'm really happy with the outcome! The job at hand was massive and it didn't help that I wanted additional bits doing "while you're there". John & his team managed to do professional work to high quality standards and to fit my needs exactly. The price is fair for the amount of work involved and for the material used and I won't hesitate to call them again for any future work. They've sourced and installed a combi boiler, removed the old one, moved radiators around, installed outside taps and washing machine outlets and redone a whole bathroom, tiling included. Again, great job! 5/5

Very happy we picked Dan to do our bathroom refit. He did an excellent job. He understood all our requirements, and was happy to accommodate changes to the plan as he worked. 1. Always on time, be there when he said he'd be there 2. Left place tidy every evening, always covered stairs etc while he worked 3. Come up with solutions to issues we faced with the refit 4. Arranged plasterer and help for jobs that required 2 men 5. Happy to leave the bits we wanted to do ourselves 6. Also built a plinth for shower, moved and boxed in a waste pipe, installed shower and taps, bath, toilet etc 7. Installed our shower tray, glass and bushboard 8. Very approachable and easy to talk to. Overall we highly recommend Dan, he's reliable and knows what he's doing.

Man install the tap and leave it so loose that it became a swivel tap. Had to call him back to tighten the tap. He said that he always fix taps loose so people can turn it to suit them. The biggest joke I ever heard. Ask him to look at my kitchen swivel tap, he didn’t want to see it and said he has a baby and had to go. So he hurried away. I use my builder many times to find trades people. This one was a bad experience.

James replaced an oil boiler, advised on the best models, moved pipes and added rad valves to all of our radiators. James gave a detailed quote (which was the cheapest from all of the quotes) excellent advice and was quick to start and complete the job. Throughout the job James communicated well, was always punctual and friendly. James also replaced a broken toilet promptly and took the time to source a model that suited the bathroom, again James did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend James for any plumbing job, he is skilled, punctual, dedicated and a very nice man!
