He made good suggestions and the job included relaying a concrete floor in cellar well so that it sloped correctly, laying some patio bricks around cellar grid and replacing the window sill board inside. However Tim has been working on my project over the past 4 months, fitting New PVC Sash Windows, and installing stud-work, new door frames, Re-rimming and renovating the original stripped doors, patching and matching skirting profiles, picture rails and architraves, fitting a brand new kitchen with oak worktops including bespoke work so the list goes on. I would recommend Tim he is a craftsman’s in his trade, he has sympathetically restored and applied his skills to the finishes in the project as I would have done so myself, while he isn’t at the lower end in terms of pricing he offers value for money if you’re looking for a quality finish.
